First time visit, we have heard great things about it and the Chicago Dog and other food. Friendly staff, quick service. We got our food to go and ate at the park. All supplies in the bag which was a bonus. We ordered Chicago Dogs, Fries, and a Vegetable/Egg/Feta wrap. The food was delicious. The wrap was seared so when you ate it, it didn't fall apart. The Chicago Dogs were as good as Portillos in Chicago. The fries were garlic and they were AMAZING. So many options, thank you. The girl behind the counter was super familiar to us. We should have said something, and didn't. We will be back. Thank you for a great lunch.

There are so many options to choose from, and the menu has something for everyone. They serve breakfast all day, but also offer a solid selection of lunch and dinner items. The place is clean, and the staff is polite and attentive to detail, which makes the experience even better. The food itself is delicious and flavorful, with everything we tried coming out really well prepared. I would definitely return.

I wanted to like this hole in the wall place and really couldn’t. The only saving grace was how nice the guy was working there. Over medium eggs were over hard, toast was tiny cheap little toast, hash browns tasted weird. It gave off like a funnel cake flavor so I assume something was going on with the oil they cooked it in. The blt breakfast sandwich would have been good but the egg on it tasted like it was frozen then microwaved and slapped on there. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend but glad we tried it out.

Have to say chicago post café is one of the best modern up-to-date cafes around clean inside and outside and outside dining area as well as a drive through witch is a plus not a lot of cafe have one. friendly customer service soon as I walkthrough the door Plenty of items to choose from even vegetarian items. I like how they have actual chicago style options on the menu. I order the western omelet with home frys let me tell you it was loaded with pepper,onion,and meat they don't skimp on portion size here and was seasoned just right. As so the chicken and egg sandwich was 😋 great the chicken was hot and fresh big fluffy biscuit and the gravy yummy this is a must try spot if you haven't yet good job chicago post café i will be returning 👏

Had my first Chicago style Italian beef sandwich and Chicago hotdog here. Great portion size, multiple sides and entrees available. Drinks available in fountain and to go varieties, and multiple coffee drink options. Great taste, great people working there, every diner had a smile on their faces. You need to try it! Now I need to compare it to the actual Chicago cuisine.
